The Covenant
A membership should feel like a library card, not a trap. This page is our standing promise, and it does not have fine print.
- No credits, ever. You pay for boxes; boxes arrive. There is nothing to redeem, nothing to track, and nothing that expires.
- Nothing to skip. There is no monthly window to remember and no charge for forgetting. Your pass simply runs until you say otherwise.
- Pause or cancel in one click. Both live on your Library Card page, and both work the first time. No retention scripts, no phone calls, no chat maze.
- Nothing expires. Prepaid months are yours. If you cancel an annual pass mid-year, the remaining boxes still ship, or we refund them, your choice.
- Gifts never auto-convert. A gift pass ends when it ends. The recipient joins only if they choose to, on their own card.
- Every charge is visible. Your Library Card page shows every payment and every box. The giving ledger the site quotes is the same ledger we pay the masjid from.
- A person answers. The librarian who picks your books reads the contact desk. Write and find out.
We publish this because the book-club industry taught readers to expect the opposite. Hold us to it: the reading desk is open.
